Green Urban Lunch Box
The Green Urban Lunch Box’s FruitShare Program was started by the city of Salt Lake. The city brought several other programs on board to partner with them on the work they were doing. In 2014 the GULB took full control of the program.

USU Gleaning Team
USU Glean Team is a student run organization founded by Utah State University Students. USU is a land grant university located in northern Utah. The student volunteers glean the surrounding area focusing on back yard trees but also do some old orchards. The food is mostly distributed at the food pantry on campus. They also preserve some of the food that they glean.

Waste Less Solutions
Waste Less Solutions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to making a significant reduction in food waste in Utah. We educate consumers and food entities on the issue and solutions, and we offer a food diversion program that engages our community to help rescue edible food and get it to those who are food insecure.
