Kokua Tree
Kokua Tree is devoted to reducing food waste and food insecurity in the state of Hawai'i. We accomplish this by rescuing surplus fresh produce from private homeowner backyards and farmer's markets and get it to those who need it most through our hunger relief agency partners. We are a student-run nonprofit organization established in three schools: Punahou, Sacred Hearts, and Island Pacific Academy. We hope to inspire other students into joining our mission and fighting hunger!
